This warranties does not cover foam on seating, normal wear-and-tear to upholstery, fading or discoloration cause by exposure to sunlight or chemicals, electronic equipment, Lightweight Plastic Folding Chairs (models LW-22 and LW-22-D), consequential and incidental damages, labor to uninstall warranted product, and labor to reinstall repaired or replacement product. All chairs on this website are guaranteed to hold up to 300lbs. of static weight. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
